Enrichment activities- Clubs
Research shows that learning art, music and other enrichment skills can help children excel in many ways. We at George Carey believe children should have as many opportunities as possible to enhance their learning. Throughout the day, children access rich learning environments that enhance their knowledge and experiences along with our broad and balanced creative curriculum.
To take this one-step further we have several lunchtime clubs running where children can attend and try out different clubs throughout the term. We also have some after school clubs running which include Clarinet, Singing, Cheerleading, Martial Arts and many more. We feel that it is important for children to enhance their skills by attending these clubs and have kept the costs to a minimum.
Please see the timetable below. It provides you with details of each club and the cost associated with the club. If your child is learning to play a musical instrument, we suggest they do this for the year. Parents are permitted to pay half-termly. Clubs will be open to other year groups in the event there is not a a full club.

Club registration: If you would like to register your child for a club, please do so by clicking on the other payment items section on Parent Pay.
Emails for club sign ups are sent half termly. You will be notified when booking opens. Upon receipt of payment, you will be emailed a consent form that must be completed prior to your child attending club.
If the school does not have your email; please contact the office with a new email address.
